For years, Rozenn Brécard captured the bustle of city life in her sketchbooks, until her move to Bretagne replaced crowds with rocks, moors, and coastal paths. Using gouache and colored pencil, she constructs transparent, layered images. For this new publication, she followed the river Seine from Paris to Le Havre and contrasts industrial with natural landscapes.
