On the occasion of the exhibition Off-Comics, Grafixx hosts a one-day programme on Saturday, March 23 at Museum Dr. Guislain Ghent! Join us for a book club with Martha Verschaffel, Gabri Molist and Kaylan Saro, visit Kim Troubleyn’s inspiring hands-on workshop, or browse the zine fest with small press publications by artists from all over the world.
Off-Comics zooms in on word-image combinations that flout comics conventions, featuring exceptional works from renowned museums like the Art Brut Collection in Lausanne, international studios, and private art collections.
Book Club

In a live book club, Martha Verschaffel, Gabri Molist & Kaylan Saro together with Obi Mundorff open their bookshelves, and with them a piece of their creative soul. They will talk about their own recent publications, reveal their fondest sources of inspiration, and scrutinise favourite publications.
Workshop

Kim Troubleyn will teach you how to etch with home, garden and kitchen tools.

A new serving of the most delicious small press. Bookworms and image hunters will revel in a hand-picked selection of picture books, comics, and handmade zines by international authors and exciting publishers.
