What lingers beyond the frame can be just as intriguing as what appears within it. This game of hide-and-seek runs through a loop of international short films, selected by Grafixx and the Brussels animation festival Anima, and films from an open call. From the submissions, a jury will select three films that will continue to screen as a supporting programme at De Cinema after the festival.

After hours, the love of the narrative image continues. De Cinema, M HKA’s arthouse movie theatre in De Studio, fills the festival’s evenings with comics-inspired films. Day tickets holders only pay €7.50 per movie. Upon reservation, a Grafixx weekend ticket unlocks free entry.
