Steve Michiels is an illustrator, cartoonist and visual artist. He has published in various magazines and newspapers such as Knack, Humo, de Standaard, De Morgen, De Tijd, NRC-Handelsblad, VPRO Magazine, Fluide Glacial and many others. As a lecturer/researcher, he is attached to Luca School of Arts where he teaches illustration and conducts artistic research on ‘the cartoonist’s desired self-censorship’.
