Returns

We naturally hope you are happy with your order. Should this not be the case, you have the right to revoke your online order within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you shall notify Grafixx (Maarschalk Gérardstraat 4, 2000 Antwerp) thereof in writing by post or e-mail ([email protected]). As soon as we have received the return request, you have 14 calendar days to effectively return the goods to Grafixx, Maarschalk Gérardstraat 4, 2000 Antwerp.

Returned products (excluding any paid shipping costs) will be refunded as soon as we have received the goods. The costs and risk of return shipment are for the customer. You, the customer are requested to return the items in their original condition. Grafixx reserves the right to hold the customer liable and claim compensation for any depreciation due to use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the characteristics and functioning of the goods.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:

• Book with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially booked.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is booked.

Sale items

Only normally priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and send the item to Grafixx (Maarschalk Gérardstraat 4, 2000 Antwerp).

Warranty

The legal warranty on purchased products applies from the date of delivery to the first owner and is valid for 2 years. To invoke warranty, you, the Customer, must be able to provide proof of purchase. Complaints will only be accepted by Grafixx if they are reported within 2 months after the cause of complaint has occurred. Complaints must be reported in writing via e-mail at [email protected] or by registered mail to Grafixx, Maarschalk Gérardstraat 4, 2000 Antwerp. In case of complaints about orders or deliveries, the liability of Grafixx shall always be limited to the value of the respective articles.
